We don’t know anything about Lucy, but she has very little time left so we need to get her face seen 
Lucy is listed as a year, but she looks like she could be younger. She was brought in by a citizen (possibly a stray, possibly a “stray”) on April 7th and has sat unknown and overlooked since then.
